How much is the deposit?
Every rental has a refundable security deposit. The deposit amount for your car is confirmed when you reserve. Packages carry their own deposit. The exact deposit and terms are confirmed before anything is reserved.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. Every driver must have full-coverage auto insurance. Please have proof of it, and your driver’s license, ready when you book.
How many miles are included?
Rentals include a daily mileage allowance: 100 miles per day on many cars (120 on the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300). Miles beyond the allowance are billed per mile; ask for the rate on your car and plan longer drives with it in mind.
Where do I receive the car?
Wherever the day begins: your home, your hotel, the venue or an agreed meeting point in Chicago or its suburbs. Share the address or ZIP with your request and the timing and any fee are confirmed in advance.
Is a chauffeur available?
Yes. Many guests prefer to be driven on a wedding day, an anniversary or a long night. The chauffeur looks after timing, doors and parking.
Can I book for a wedding or anniversary?
Of course. The Rolls-Royces, the G-Wagons, the Maybach GLS 600 and the multi-car packages are chosen for weddings and anniversaries more than anything else. Spring and summer Saturdays are reserved first.
How do I book?
Send a request with your car, date and where the day begins, or call or text. Every booking is confirmed personally: rate, deposit, terms and handover are agreed first, and only then is the car held.
Is there a showroom?
No. The collection is kept privately and shown by appointment only.
